Office Chair Warranty
(Office Star, Boss)
Chairs by
the manufacturer Office Star and Boss carry a 5 to 15 year warranty.
Office
star Pro Line chairs offer a lifetime warranty. OSP Designs (Home Star Products) by Office Star are warranted for 90 days. The warranty insures
that if anything goes wrong with mechanical or structural
parts,
under
normal use, we will repair
or replace the defective parts for free. Upholstery fabric
is warranted
against wear and deterioration for three (3) years. Leather
not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather
is
subject
to minor blemishes during use.
Avenue Six Warranty Office Star Products will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable. This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from the date of purchase as shown on your original sales receipt. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects due to or arising in connection with product abuse or misuse, use modification of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or installed in accordance with the company’s installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines. There are no other warranties, express or implied, other than those specifically described, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Office Star Products will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Chair Mat Lifetime Guarantee
The manufacturer E·S·Robbins Corp. unconditionally guarantees that its Anchormat®, Crystal Edge®,
TBSTM, Fold-a-Mat®, Trans-Stat®, and Designer chairmats are free from any defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser, and will not crack, chip, break or shatter under normal usage. This guarantee is void if metal casters are used. Static dissipative properties for Trans-Stat® are
guaranteed for three years. Any chairmat will be replaced after prior
written approval from manufacturer.
Salon Chair Warranty
The manufacturer ErgoStar offers a 2 years limited warranty. If the
product is found to be defective under conditions of normal use, the
defective part will be replaced. Vinyl is warranted for 1 year. Vinyl
not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as all vinyl
is subject to minor blemishes during use.
Laptop Carts / TV Stand
Studio RTA warrants to the Original Purchaser that this product will be free from defects in its material and workmanship as described below. The company will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts during the following warranty periods.
Ten (10) years or (Thirty days (30) on closeouts and discounted products) while owned by the Original Purchaser... Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable.
UPS/FedEx Shipping
Shipping varies with product and may be sent by FedEx, DHL, or UPS ground
to the 48 contiguous US states only. Shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico at additional cost (email or call for quote). No shipping to APO's or FPO's. Product
processing times are normally
3-5 business
days of receipt of payment and is usually received within 5 to 10
business days. Chair mats are shipped rolled via UPS ground within
5-10 business days (10 days for larger and/or custom sizes). Large
quantities may
be shipped by freight carrier. See below for Freight Shipping details.
Freight Truck Shipping
Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
Payment methods accepted:
Visa, MasterCard and Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal*/Business Checks, and Purchase
orders (via fax to 425-650-4142).
*Checks will be held for 7 business days to clear before item is shipped.
Sales Tax - 9.5% For orders delivered to WA residents.
Return Policy:
Product may be returned if item has been damaged in
shipment at no additional costs. If you notice damage at the time of
delivery please
keep all original packaging to assist in claim filing. Contact
us within 7 days
with damage for Return Authorization so that we may replace your
product quickly. Missing or damage to parts will be replaced at no charge.
Returns for products that have been shipped in
accordance with
the product order will incur a 15% to 25% restocking fee per manufacturer
guidelines. Custom orders are not returnable. All returns
require an RMA number and must be returned in their original
packaging
and
in original
and re-saleable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping
and refund will be in original form less original shipping and restocking
fee.
Security
You can feel secure when ordering as all payment processing, (credit card
numbers, bank account numbers, etc.) will be securely transmitted using
128 Bit SSL encryption. Just look for the lock symbol on the bottom of your
screen. If you are still uncomfortable ordering online we accept other forms
of payment through the US mail.
Privacy:
We value your privacy and will never share, sell, or rent your personal
information to any third party. All information we collect to process your
order will be used only to complete your request and will be held in the
strictest confidence.
