UPS/FedEx Shipping
Shipping varies with product and may be sent by FedEx, DHL, or UPS ground to the 48 contiguous US states only. Shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico at additional cost (email or call for quote). No shipping to APO's or FPO's. Product processing times are normally 3-5 business days of receipt of payment and is usually received within 5 to 10 business days. Chair mats are shipped rolled via UPS ground within 5-10 business days (10 days for larger and/or custom sizes). Large quantities may be shipped by freight carrier. See below for Freight Shipping details.

Freight Truck Shipping
Truck freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Payment methods accepted:
Visa, MasterCard and Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal/Business Checks, and Purchase orders (via email).

Sales Tax - 9.5% For orders delivered to WA residents.

Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with your Return Authorization once we have processed your return request  We will process your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Product may be returned if item has been damaged in shipment at no additional costs. If you notice damage at the time of delivery please keep all original packaging to assist in claim filing. Contact us within 7 days with damage for Return Authorization so that we may replace your product quickly. Missing or damage to parts will be replaced at no charge.

Returns for products that have been shipped in accordance with the product order will incur a restocking fee per manufacturer guidelines. Custom orders are not returnable. All returns require an RMA number and must be returned in their original packaging and in original and re-saleable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping and refund will be in original form less original shipping and restocking fee

Office Star SpaceLine/ProLine II Warranty
SpaceLine and ProLine II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:

  • Lifetime on component Parts Including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
  • Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
  • 24/7 Elite Seating Warranty: 24/7 Elite Seating is warranted for 5 years on all component parts and 2 years on foam and fabric. Weight limit - 300lbs, Multi Shift Use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All SpaceLine & ProLine chairs meet or exceed aNSI BIFMa standards.

Office Star Work Smart and General Chair Warranty
Work Smart chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 15 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 5 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 3 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
General chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 2 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 1 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 1 Years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
• We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

Warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less for WORK SMART Chairs and for normal residential/light commercial usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less for GENERAL Chairs. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a two year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric and foam is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Office Star OSP Design Warranty
OSP Designs warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Office Star OSP Design Seating Warranty
OSP Designs chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
• 5 years on all non-moving metal parts.
• 2 years on component parts including control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
• 1 year on upholstery fabric/foam against wear and deterioration.
• Leather/Vinyl not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes during use.

Warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less (150 lbs for the Models 499 and EM39800). This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.

Office Star Multi Purpose Table and Chair Limited Warranty
Office Star Products Warrants, to the original purchaser, all “Work Smart Series Multi Purpose Tables and Chairs” to be free from the defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. All table Warranties are limited to 350 lbs. of distributed weight over the entire table top surface. All chair warranties are limited to normal usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.

Avenue Six Warranty
Avenue Six by Office Star Products will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable. This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from the date of purchase as shown on your original sales receipt. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects due to or arising in connection with product abuse or misuse, use modification of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or installed in accordance with the company’s installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines. There are no other warranties, express or implied, other than those specifically described, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Office Star Products will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Chair Mat Lifetime Guarantee
The manufacturer E·S·Robbins Corp. unconditionally guarantees that its Anchormat®, Crystal Edge®, TBSTM, Fold-a-Mat®, Trans-Stat®, and Designer chair mats are free from any defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to original purchaser, and will not crack, chip, break or shatter under normal usage. This guarantee is void if metal casters are used. Static dissipative properties for Trans-Stat® are guaranteed for three years. Any chair mat will be replaced after prior written approval from manufacturer. Printed chair mats (world map, peacock, zebra, etc.) are warranted for 1 year.

Security
You can feel secure when ordering as all payment processing, (credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.) will be securely transmitted using 128 Bit SSL encryption. Just look for the lock symbol on the bottom of your screen. If you are still uncomfortable ordering online we accept other forms of payment through the US mail.
